DNR to hold forest health workshops

Workshops In Goldendale, Republic, Tonasket

OLYMPIA – The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Washington State University Extension (WSU Extension) are hosting three workshops for small forest landowners who have been affected by two insects responsible for most of the forest damage in the region.

What: Forest Health Workshops
Why: To help small forest landowners learn about western spruce budworm and pine bark beetle damage
When:  All workshops are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.:
October 8 in Goldendale
October 9 in Republic
October 10 in Tonasket
