Melissa Marie Holcomb, 24, Oroville, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Holcomb was sentenced to a total of 364 days in jail with 317 suspended and credit for 47 days served. She was also fined $1,010.50. The crimes occurred July 11.

Cynthia Aron Buchholz, 21, Chico, Calif., pleaded guilty Aug. 21 to third-degree assault. Buchholz was sentenced to 38 days in jail and fined $1,110.50. The crime occurred March 15, 2013, in Omak. She also had a charge dismissed: obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Neal Sylvester Mix, 28, Okanogan, pleaded guilty July 31 to second-degree assault. Mix was sentenced to 73.5 months in prison and fined $1,110.50. The crime occurred Oct. 6, 2012. In a separate case, Mix pleaded guilty July 31 to first-degree assault, first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, attempting to elude police, unlawful possession of a firearm, alteration of identification marks and third-degree DWLS. He was sentenced to a total of 240 months in prison, to run concurrent with his earlier sentence. Those crimes occurred Nov. 10, 2012.
