Leroy Joseph Zacherle Jr., 44, Omak, pleaded guilty June 2 to four counts of violation of a no-contact order. Zacherle was sentenced to 30 months in prison and fined $1,210.50 for the Feb. 17-20 crimes.

David Randall Priest, 45, Omak, was found guilty (jury trial) April 11 to three counts of second-degree trafficking in stolen property and two counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Priest was sentenced May 22 to 84 months in prison. He was fined $1,110.50 and ordered to pay a total of $15,777.92 in restitution.

THS librarian indicted on five counts sexual misconduct

OKANOGAN – A former Tonasket School District librarian accused of having sex with a high school senior was arraigned in Okanogan County Superior Court on Monday.
Elizabeth Ann KinKade, 37, pleaded not guilty June 2 after Judge Henry A. Rawson indicted her on five counts of first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor.

Daniel James Marsden, 23, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 25, 2012 to two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (oxycodone) and one count of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). After successfully completing the Adult Felony Drug Court Program, Marsden was sentenced May 16 to 49 days in jail and fined $2,110.50 for the April 2012 crimes.

Bradley Allen Sweat, 24, Omak, pleaded guilty April 15 to assault in violation of a no-contact order, violation of a no-contact order and POCS (methamphetamine). Those crimes occurred Feb. 15. In a separate case, Sweat pleaded guilty April 15 to 16 counts of violation of a no-contact order. Those crimes occurred between Feb. 16-21 in phone calls made from the Okanogan County Corrections Center. Sweat was sentenced to a total of 30 months in prison and fined $2,110.50.

Saul Seamus Durkee, 23, Omak, pleaded guilty April 1 to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and use of drug paraphernalia. The court dismissed a fourth-degree assault charge. Durkee was sentenced April 11 to 89 months in prison and fined $13,112.14, which includes $12,251.64 in restitution.
