Clifton Robert Scroggins, 42, Okanogan, pleaded guilty May 15 to distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). The crime occurred June 23, 2014. In a separate case, Scroggins pleaded guilty May 15 to POCS (methamphetamine), first-degree DWLS, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a deadly weapon. Those crimes occurred March 7, 2014. In a separate case, Scroggins pleaded guilty May 15 to two additional counts of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Those crimes occurred Feb. 26 and March 3. Scroggins was sentenced to 20 months in prison and fined a total of $3,550.50.

Christopher David Brockmiller, 34, Okanogan, pleaded guilty April 8 to first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, first-degree burglary (DV), two counts of harassment (threats to kill), two counts of harassment (threats to kill) (DV), and one count of fourth-degree assault (DV). Brockmiller was sentenced April 24 to 116 months (9.66 years) in prison and fined $600. The crimes occurred in June, August and September of 2014.

Katlyn Diane Hammons, 27, Riverside, pleaded guilty Sept. 9, 2013 to two counts of second-degree theft and two counts of unlawful issuance of a bank check. The court dismissed a first-degree theft charge. Hammons was sentenced April 16 to 16 months in prison and fined $1,110.50 for the September 2011 crimes.

Mackarness was sentenced April 7 to12 months in community custody and fined a total of $2,221.
