Gailin Tara Olsen, 27, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 30 to third-degree assault (law enforcement officer), resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault (DV) and fourth-degree assault. Those crimes occurred Feb. 14. In a separate case, Olsen pleaded guilty Sept. 30 to second-degree theft. Olsen was sentenced to a total of three months in jail and fined a total of $3,001.76 including $1,290.26 in restitution. The second crime occurred Dec. 18, 2013.

Arthur Leroy Sims Jr., 45, Oroville, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and one count of unlawful use of a building for drug purposes. Sims was sentenced to 12 months in prison and fined $3,110.50 for the Dec. 12, 2011 crimes. A restitution hearing was scheduled for Oct. 13.

Samantha Ann Harding, 43, Okanogan, pleaded guilty July 29 to POCS (methamphetamine), obstruction and use of drug paraphernalia. Harding was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $2,460.50 for the Jan. 15 crimes.

Humberto Garcia Aguilar, 21, Omak, pleaded guilty July 15 to three counts of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). The crimes occurred between October and November of 2013. In a separate case, Aguilar pleaded guilty July 15 to residential burglary (DV) and third-degree assault (of a law enforcement officer). Those crimes occurred Jan. 11. The court dismissed a charge of first-degree attempted robbery (DV). Aguilar was sentenced to a total of 54 months (4.5 years) in prison and fined a total $4,221.

Alisha Ann Russell, 21, Omak, pleaded guilty July 15 to fourth-degree assault. Russell was initially charged with third-degree assault of a child. She was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined $1,010.50.

Ryan Joseph Stotts, 30, Oroville, pleaded guilty July 8 to tampering with a witness (DV) and 10 counts of violation of a no-contact order (DV). Stotts was sentenced to 27.75 months (2.3 years) in prison and fined $1,210.50. A restitution hearing was scheduled for Aug. 11. The crimes occurred between December 2013 and March 2014. In a separate case, Stotts pleaded guilty July 8 to first-degree criminal trespassing (DV), and two counts of violation of a no-contact order (DV). Stotts was sentenced to 364 days in jail and fined $1,110.50.

Giles was sentenced to 25.5 months in prison and fined $1,110.50 for the December 2012 and April 2013 crimes. He was also assessed $6,029.41 in restitution.
