Natalie Adela Rodriguez was born on Aug. 9, 2007 at North Valley Hospital in Tonasket at 6:54 p.m. She weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. and measured 21 inches long. Along with her parents, Tiffany Wilkinson of Oroville and Heliberto Rodriguez of Mexico, her 1 year 10 mo. old sister, Angelica E. Rodriguez, welcomes her home. Natalie is also loved and welcomed home by her grandparents Vickie Wilkinson, Donald Wilkinson, Adela Cosino and Apolinar Rodriguez; aunts Sabrina Castaneda and Jennifer Torres; uncles Juan Castaneda and Vidal Torres; and cousins Juan Castaneda, Jose Castaneda and Yesina Torres.

Richard A. Sherlock, 71, of Tonasket died at his home on Oct. 2, 2007 surrounded by his family.
Richard was born Nov. 9, 1935 to Jack and Ruth Sherlock of Hollywood, Calif. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Colleen Sherlock of Tonasket; daughter, Ronda Sherlock of Seattle; son and daughter, John and Laura Sherlock of Okanogan; one grandchild, Anne Sherlock; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

John E. Andrist, former Omak Chronicle owner-publisher and community leader, who in his final years inspired many by his determination to overcome severe disabilities after a stroke, died of respiratory failure at his home in Omak Sept. 25. He was 75.

John F. Zarieki, 76, of Bremerton, Wash. died Sept. 24, 2007 at Harrison Medical Center. He was born in New Suffolk, Long Island on April 16, 1931.
